In the tablatures for CF tuning, button 5' is switched. The most important consequence is that the C note can be played both pushing (6) and pulling (5').

Buttons 1 and 1' can also be switched. Fortunately, these buttons are not used that much, so that it is not a problem for most melodies. Depending on the tuning of your melodeon, you can adjust this yourself. The note position and the button scheme can be helpful in this.

The melodies in CF tuning can also be played on melodeons with a different tuning. You will have to adjust the basses (and chords) according to the scheme in Tablature.
